No jail time for woman who held employer hostage

Story here. Excerpt:

'There will be no jail time for the Ashburn woman charged with holding her former employer and his family at gunpoint in May, following a pleading in Circuit Court. Instead she will be transferred to a state hospital for mental evaluation and treatment.

Michelle Raquel Davidson, 39, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity before Judge Thomas D. Horne this morning to two charges of abduction and one count of breaking and entering with a deadly weapon. In exchange for her pleas, the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office agreed not to prosecute her on the three counts of using a firearm in commission of a felony, charges that carry a mandatory prison sentence.

Under the agreement, Davidson will be transferred from the Loudoun Adult Detention Center to the Central State Hospital and to the custody of the state's Commissioner of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services. The commissioner will evaluate Davidson to determine the length of her treatment within the state hospital.
...
While the process of submitting a not guilty by reason of insanity plea must be started by the defense, Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney Nicole Wittmann said she, and her office, were pleased by the outcome.

"We feel that justice is served by this plea," she said. "This has been a very difficult case for everybody."'

It is not just a cunt pass. It also shows the complete corruption of the legal system in the USA. The whole idea of plea bargaining is an insult to justice. It means that there is no trial for the crime committed but just some process that is administratively convenient.

Plea bargaining is like confessions under torture. The accused is put under duress with the intention of extracting in effect a confession to a crime that the person may not have committed. This practice is wrong not matter from which direction you look at it.

When you people realize that the USA is a scumbag of a country and that applies to everything it is.

I got irritated at the femal discount posts, and registered to about 5-6 blogs linked here and posted bits and pieces of the following depending on the article. I find saving my responses helps because it lessens the overwhelming task of typing it over and over and lessen by frustration of reading the articles. It's not perfect, but I threw the following together in a few minutes.

GG western civilization female privelage as usual, somehow managing to cling onto a victim identity (publicly, most younger guys now this is BS; ex:wagegap=Feminazi Political Income Statistic Manipulation), gender elitism position in most aspects, and retain archaic patriarch chivalry privelages in the legal system. Grats on contributing to the downfall of the country by internal turmoil, fyi guys don't get pressured into marriage.

In a recent study on emerging attitudes and patterns of domestic violence, Glasgow University found that of the 200 women surveyed, 60 percent said "it was acceptable for women to hit their husbands" while 35 percent admitted assaulting their partners and a total of 8 percent admitted to physically injuring them.

Far from promoting "awareness" of a social problem or remedies for men and women with anger issues, the month is basically a radical feminist war dance around the Original Sin of maleness, cheered on by "progressive" media sympathizers.
IPV is initiated by both sexes in about equal proportions. Self-defence is rarely the motive for women's violence against men. Literally hundreds of peer-reviewed, community-based studies, including StatsCan's, confirm this. But they don't reach the public. (Under pressure from feminist organizations, for example, a Quebec health agency recently sequestered a commissioned psychosocial study showing men and women are equally culpable for IPV.)
Exceptions, believers will say. Everyone "knows" violence against women is epidemic.Really? Edmonton Police Service reports from 1999-2000 indicate the police responded to 3,000 domestic incidents. They referred exactly 24 women--less than 1% -- to shelters.

On the postive side, this helps out the Bad Man - Good Women statistics that allow certain organization to receive more money or at least maintain there current level of funding through production of statistics that support women's victim identiy which encourage sentencing discounts. America was money to spare. All they have to do is generate some numbers with very little fact behind them and give the plan a good name ex: Violence Against Women Act. http://www.mediaradar.org/
