Woman accused of using car to kill man pleads not guilty

'A Webster woman accused of plowing into a crowd of people and killing a Greece man and injuring four others early yesterday, pleaded not guilty in City Court this morning.

Rochester Police said Arena had been arguing with someone in the bar and then in the lot shortly before she allegedly drove into the crowd. The nature of the dispute was unclear. Sgt. Mark Beaudrault said alcohol was not a factor in the incident.

Coleman may have recognized Arena, but he was not involved in the dispute that prompted the violence, friends and police confirmed. Arena’s intended target was not known.

Actually, it turns out that "oppression of men" is something what is often aggravated on MRA sites, or even invented. =)

Here is a story, for example, where a 19-yo man, who killed a woman and her daughter with his car is acquitted.

I dont understand. The artice this blog is on appears to be her voulentarily driving into a crowd after an argument.

The article you provide is an inexperianced driver losing control of thier vehicle.

Can you draw a parallel between them?

I don't see how "voluntarily" follows from this.

My point is, it would be a whole hell of a lot easier to prove that Arena drove into a group of people after having an argument, than it would be to prove that a 19 year old driver doesn't know every possible way to retain control of his own vehicle.

I used the word voulentarily due to other wording in the article based upon the charges filed against her.
