Woman convicted of killing homeless man in 'compromise' verdict

Story here. Excerpt:

"More than five years after a Las Vegas homeless man was killed and mutilated a jury reached an apparent compromise in holding Kirstin Blaise Lobato accountable for his death."

"But by finding Lobato guilty of voluntary manslaughter the jury determined that, although Lobato was provoked and didn't act in malice, she was still accountable for killing Bailey."

"Both the prosecution and defense agreed that the jury's decision was a "compromise"

This is one fucked up jury and this is good example why I don't give a fuck about female victims and the male perpetrators who hurt them,in fact I cheer these men on and hope they get away with it.

According to the on-line Meriam-Webster dictionary, MALICE is the
"1 : desire to cause pain, injury, or distress to another
2 : intent to commit an unlawful act or cause harm without legal justification or excuse"

Does the court go by a specific legal definition which is different from these; or do they not agree that she definitely meets criteria no. 1? Or are they going on definition no. 2 and saying she had an excuse? (If revenge is a valid excuse, then we are a society of barbarians)?
Or maybe they are applying def. no. 2 and saying she didn't know it was unlawful and/or thought that there might be some legal justification to it? (I seem to remember a time when, "ignorance of the law is no excuse.")
Isn't the Law wonderful? They apply different spins to word meanings, according to the individual case (especially when the defendant is a woman). Which is exactly NOT what they are supposed to do, otherwise the Law is not being applied uniformly.

I can certainly understand how you can feel the system is so utterly disfunctional that no justice at all comes out of the justice system, but I just do not see how you can cheer on those who willfully hurt women. Or the other way around for tha matter.

I tend to think that this is more an example of the old joke about the problem with juries being that they consist of 12 people to stupid to think of an excuse to get out of jury duty.

I cannot possibly see how cutting off someones penis and anally raping them with a butterfly knife can be done without malice. These jurors do seem to have been more concerned with giving this young woman a break then dolling out justice for some poor dead homeless man. Just cannot beat pussy power in court.

I think that 'masculist man' is really a troll, who makes posts such as those below so that her fellow feminists can then 'quote' entries from our site, and say "look what these mens' rights guys are saying about women!!". I do not think it is Bert or somebody like him. I think the name is intended to mock us.
I just emailed admin, suggesting to screen out this sick person.
