"A Catholic school teacher on Friday was facing charges after allegedly e-mailing topless pictures of herself to a 15-year-old male student, MyFoxStl.com reported.

English teacher Melissa Moss, 27, was fired from her job at the Barat Academy in November after school officials said the teen’s parents, Robert and Kelly Pfeiffer, found the controversial pictures while monitoring his Internet use."

America is becoming a really weird place. It is a crime for a teacher to transmit a photograph of her boobs to a student, and yet the glut of legal graphic Internet porn continues unabated.

She is obviously guilty of poor judgement and violating the professional ethics of being a teacher. Her crime is a Class A misdemeanor, so she'll likely get a fine and year of probation. She will probably also lose her teaching license.

I suppose the implication of sending the pics is that she was preparing to sexually prey upon the 15 year-old male student.

When I was in high school, I would have paid a lot of money to see some of my young teachers' boobs. (Especially the 25 year-old Italian one who liked to wear mini-skirts and sit on the front of her desk when she lectured the class... Priceless!)

The boundary lines between flirtation and pedophilia are very curious and blurry these days.

What if the teacher had sent him photos of dead U.S. soldiers' coffins arriving stateside from Iraq?

That would be a felony, right?

I understand the double standard discussed in this article. I realize women are not held to the same social and judicial standards when compared to men.

Am I missing the gender premise of this article? Of coarse not.

With that said:

Let me step away from my MRA philosophy and say banging a hot teacher might not be such a bad thing.

It's true that most adolescent boys would rejoice at receiving topless pictures of a hot teacher, but honestly, that doesn't make it right. Let's imagine a male teacher sent a female student a picture of his penis. He would likely be thrown in jail to rot for a few years. It seems the term "double standard" has become an integral part of my vocabulary.

If the female teacher sent pics of her pussy then it would be equal to a male teacher taking pictures of his dick.
