Judge declares mistrial in microwave baby case

I remember this story being submitted on this site so here's an update: she's been given a mistrial. I'm guessing she's getting the Yates 5-star treatment. Thoughts? Excerpt:

"DAYTON, Ohio (AP) - A judge in Dayton has declared a mistrial in the case of woman accused of killing her month-old daughter by burning her in a microwave.
...
The judge heard testimony privately from a juvenile who said he was at the apartment complex of defendant China Arnold on the night her baby died in 2005. The judge did not give details about juvenile's testimony.

The judge continued a gag order in the case, so neither prosecutors nor defense attorneys would comment.'

she will get the female discount (how pretty is she?).
you can tell they are planning/trying to let her walk = gag order to cover their tracks.
pending judgement: guilty by reason of societal stupidity, judicial misconduct and male butt kissing
sentence: 2 years of therapy and some serious probation (typical)

man would get 20 to life w/o parole (typical)

upside: constant sex w/ BUBBA - now that's a relationship to die for

happy valentine's day

males keep kissing butts and that could be anybody (man) in there w/ BUBBA.
if you got a brain think about it boys. you just might be playin in a prison near you, false accusations against men for rape, DV, you name it are rampant. cause women are special under the law. rare to no penalties for false claims. and they know it.

still waiting to see a real (non-feminist) scientific study on the subject where they actually compare apples to apples. women/feminists probably won't allow an honest study.
on O-reilly the other nite the lawyers said there was no female discount. liars all.
