13-YO boy arrested on a battery charge after he threw a pencil in class

of this type stupidity imho is the need to keep the lawyers, judges, police, court EE's, and so forth working. let's sue everybody involved. let's put as many men and boys in the system as possible. arrest them for nothing/anything, make false accusations (no penalty for women). let's make all males criminals. we need more prisons (read more prison guards, cooks, buildings, etc.) and then blame it all on the boys/men. drug the boys, run the men out of the schools. make them pay for free women's educations. pass stupid laws to make the workplace hostile for men. pass laws to make them hire women. constantly whine about female victims. and now after 40 yrs of feeding women's every whim = stupid metrosexuals lamenting for days gone by. read the blogs on this piece.

i read somewhere we have more lawyers than the rest of the world put together. and more in college than that. and mostly female. do i see a connection?

next step, make laws to control the web. can't have this sort of resultant idiotic news getting out for all to see, day after day, after day ... it is coming.

brits got the right idea. keep all the family court stuff secret. one male at a time wronged is easily explained, he is just bitter, he feels he didn't get treated fairly (women roll eyes here), and so forth. until the numbers grow too big. like in the u.s. where we now are #1 in rate of incarceration (of men, especially black men).

If the boy had been seriously injured as a result of the pencil hitting him, I could see why the suspect would be arrested. But it doesn't seem like this is the case at all. This goes hand in hand with the 5 year old boy sent to the psych ward for misbehaving in class. A 13 year old is now being arrested for throwing a pencil? Ok... maybe the true crime is that he's male. That's waht it seems like. I could never see a 13 year old girl getting in trouble with the law for doing the same thing. This reminds me of when I was in 8th grade, and a girl kicked me, so I kicked her back, and I was the only one who got in trouble, because "boys aren't supposed to hit girls". Well, I was just supporting the equality they claim to want. If someone hits me, I'm gonna defend myself regardless of the gender of the assailant.

Real Men Don't Take Abuse!

I volunteer at my daughter's kindergarten class. I see the bigotry first hand. Females teach to females, and discipline the males. The vice principal is a man(gina) and doesn't help much. I said something to one of the teachers once. Didn't go over well. Although my daughter's teacher did say to me that she liked when I was there because 'as a male I had a calming presence'. Not sure how to take that.
