Murder-by-Proxy: Hit man faces murder charge while estranged wife of victim does not

Does it get any more classic than this? A woman hires a man to murder her estranged husband because she is afraid she will not do well in the divorce, or whatever. They get caught. She and another man (will presume it is her boyfriend but the article doesn't say) face criminal solicitation of murder while the hit-man faces capital murder charges. Correct me if I am wrong here, but doesn't it generally happen that when there is a murder conspiracy all the conspirators face the charge of murder? Unless of course one of them is female. I wonder what the second man will get for prison time vs. the woman, assuming both or either are found guilty? Excerpt:

'Police in Frisco, Texas, have arrested a man accused of killing a former Brighton resident Craig Nail in Texas the day after Christmas.

Mark Lyle Bell, 52, of McKinney, Texas, was charged with capital murder, a felony, said Sgt. Gerald Meadors of the Frisco Police Department. Nail was found shot to death in his home on Dec. 26. He was a 1989 graduate of Rush-Henrietta High School and had two children.

Nail was reportedly close to finalizing a bitter divorce dispute with his estranged wife.

Guthrie-Nail, 42, and Thomas Edward Grace, 55, both of Carrollton, Texas, were each charged with first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, a felony, Meadors said. Bell, Guthrie-Nail and Grace were each being held on $1 million bail, he said.

Murder by proxy, and even general violence by proxy ( usually women inciting a man to attack another man)..needs to be Academically studied!

If men were causing violence by proxy, and women were the victims, it would be studied exhaustively, but since a study would show women as grossly more violent than men, it will never be studied academically!!

See the crux of this anti-male hysteria, is in the fact that American Universities who do the vast majority of studies is quite perverted and biased against males. Over the last 40 years American Academia has been on a downward spiral to the lowest common denominator "group think".

hypotheses with the premise of finding women as privileged, or hypothesis finding women are violent by proxy, simply are never studied, so we get no real information.

The only information the fragile American mind can be exposed to is studies that show middle class white women are oppressed.

I think articles like this should be compiled and a book should be made. This book should be presented to feminists, who will probably be rendered speechless when they see the DV that exists against men that has been pulled over their eyes. By women's logic, if a man hired by a woman commits the crime, it's not IPV. We beg to differ. Harmful intentions, whether carried out by you or someone you hire, are still violence!

since i can remember women have gotten off light in today's joke, we call a court of law.

3 years for murder? about what the feminist sentencing guidelines call for these days. and that is considered "rough".

some guy got over 300 years the other day in B'Ham for 21 Pic's of a 14 YO girl. let's see, that makes one Pic (by man) worth 5 times a murder (by woman). about right.

same goes for child rape, molestation, child abuse, DV, murder, manslaghter, genital mutilation, hell, you name it. it's no wonder women want to keep all the goodies they get handed. their silence is really no secret.

I really hope Obama wins. I'm sure it pisses him off how racism and sexism hand out truly unfair sentences for the same crimes.
