Benjamin Adam Studtmann writes "In the state I live in (Oregon), if I walk up to someone and hit them in any way, I will get five years of jail time (minimum). However, if you're a female teacher and kick a student, you will get paid leave and the issue will simply evaporate. Viva la difference!"

She lied to police and almost got her ex jailed but "did commit a crime, but I'm not a criminal"
Notice how they refer to the husband as abusive. One must take note that, in Canada, you are encouraged to plead guilty by everyone when accused of domestic violence (it's easier they say). Who'll take a bet that she lied about the abuse in the first place (call me a cynic)

Benjamin Adam Studtmann writes "In the wake of a half-decade of horrific school shootings, it is reasonable to expect that any student or teacher who threatens to come to school with a loaded shotgun and start killing randomly will be instantly taken down by a SWAT team via bullets and tear gas. Why didn't it happen here? Why didn't we hear about this in the major press? And why is there no follow-up? Why am I asking questions I already know the answers to? I'm sure she'll receive some state-funded counselling to help this poor, administratively victimized woman come to terms with her terrible mental illness."

ikeman53 writes "The cover story for the July 12, 2004 issue of Newsweek is "The New Infidelity" and seems intent on telling us that not only are more wives cheating, but that it's good and women have earned it. About half the article , naturally, talks about how awful husbands are - as if we get everything we want out of our marriages! All in all, the article is mostly generalizations and some shaky statistics designed to push this agenda that all manner of sexual misdeeds by women in this day and age are OK, but if you're a man you're evil and icky. Check your local newsstand or, for our brothers outside the United Sates, visit here."
Anonymous User also submitted a similar link and said "Newsweek has an article on cheating wives. Not surprisely, "overscheduled lives and inattentive husbands" are listed as reasons. It's not hard to get the drift from the article that if your wife cheats its because you as a husband were not supportive, kind, loving, enough to your wife.
I wonder if they did an article on cheating husbands if the men would be given the same free pass and non-judgemental treatment?"

Ray writes "Say what you want about small town America. These two prosecutors exhibit a world more common sense and constitutional fairness than the whole feminist indoctrinated District Attornies offices of some bigger cities like Los Angeles or Boston. Stiff sentence imposed following probation violation "...a college-educated white female, should not be given a substantially lesser sentence than Flowers, a black male raised in a disadvantaged economic situation," Stouffer said at the time of the sentencing. "As prosecutors, Jay and I have lived by the premise that no one should be above the law and that who a defendant is should not determine criminal liability.'"

Benjamin Adam Studtmann writes "I found a more detailed description of the savage all-girl beating that took place because someone kissed a boy on the cheek at a family birthday party. The story gets even better -- the beating was ordered by the matriarch of the clan. Even more amazing is that two out of the six females involved in this gang-bash were very much adults! To put it right over the top of surreal, the principal of the girls' school said, 'But for a lot of girls, it's all about respect, defending your turf, fighting for your man.' An adult-encouraged savage group beating is a form of respect? Another person's birthday party is 'your turf'? Fighting for 'your' 'man'? Since when is a male, of whatever age, an object or possession? Since when is a 13-year-old boy a 'man'? And what the hell kind of principal would say that? Can you guess the gender of the quoted principal?"

Marc writes "The Second District Court of Appeal of California just overturned L.A. County's false paternity judgment against Manuel Navarro! L.A. County KNEW the child was not his because a paternity test excluded him, and it knew that he never raised the child, and yet it pursued child support against him as it has for thousands of other men. Navarro appealed, and the appellate court reversed it and said it is WRONG of L.A. County to do this. Paternity fraud victims should use this landmark decision, as controlling authority in CA, and as persuasive authority outside CA, to overturn their false paternity judgments. Please distribute this case to all PF victims. It is at here (PDF File) Marc"

Luek writes " Who says girls are made of "sugar and spice and everything nice?" These two monsters killed three men for just $30 to $200 dollars each in a six week long crme spree! It must have been for "kicks" since there was very little money taken. The money must have been an after thought."

Roy writes "New research from New Zealand discovers under-reporting of female sexual predation of young boys, suggesting that it is more widespread than limited media coverage would indicate.
Interestingly, social reaction to young male molestation is typically that it is a "positive, developmental" experience, quite unlike being raped if you are female!

"During that time the boy contracted an incurable sexually transmitted disease from Whited.""

Amom User writes "That unusual still that this is the actual headline of the piece in the UK's Telegraph newspaper. What's really great though, is that it appears that there has been some real, though small, movement for father's rights here: "Mrs Justice Bracewell supported calls for new legislation. The courts needed the ability to refer parties to mediation at any stage of the proceedings and additional powers were required, short of imprisonment, to enforce contact orders." It still took a case involving "constant litigation since the year 2000, which has involved 17 court orders and directions and 16 judges" for her to realise this, but it's a small step forward."

Anonymous User writes "Here is an interesting essay
on the 1970's post-apocalyptic film Logans Run. The author takes the reader through the story line of Logans Run and analyzes its Freudian/Jungian meanings, especially in relation to the 60's generation that the film was aimed at.
The author sees Logans Run as a critque of the feminist dominated post 60's era, which over-protects and controls people, while also imprisoning them in a neurotic pleasure seeking consumerism, where masculinity and the realities of life are kept from them. The author sees the film suggesting that the weakness of the modern paternal role combined with the overpowering strength of the maternal/feminist role is the primary cause of this situation.
These findings could never be more relevant than today, with childern of dysfunctional families without a strong paternal presence falling deeper into a false pleasure-seeking neurosis comprised of over-eating, isolationism, TV, computers, drugs and suicide."

mens_issues writes "How's this for the bottom of the misandric barrel. Cartoonist Dan Reynolds has created a series of cartoons that were posted on MSN's "Daryl Cagle's Professional Cartoonist's Index." The whole spectrum of misandric themes is covered in this sexist anti-male collection. See for yourself
here
I'm waiting for Dan Reynolds to come out with an equivalent "Women Are Idiots" collection of cartoons (sarcasm).
