Here we ago again. "Sex with an 11 year old". The word rape is reserved for male sex offenders. Women? They simply had "sex". Doesn't his age suggest she is a pedophile? The age might be different in each state. Excerpt:

My sincere condolences to the individuals who were eventually killed by another bomber. Thankfully the female suicide bomber was stopped before any other people were hurt or killed. I'm glad to see the US Military and Iraq Army are taking these bombings very seriously. They have identified women are capable horrific acts of violence and should not be ignored. Lives are at stake.
