Women in Power and always Probation

Jim Moore writes "Within a year three women at the Daviess County Detention Center (Kentucky), two nurses and a deputy jailer, are caught stealing drugs, forgery, evidence tampering and related activities. The latest: fakes a report of domestic violence and, after being caught at that, is taken home where police then discover drugs stolen from the Center. All three get probation.
