Progress on Attitudes

Neil Steyskal writes "Linda Chavez' latest column shows that some are waking up to mothers' role in fatherlessness. She talks about women's attitudes about whether a father is needed; but she doesn't mention that most divorces are initiated by women, nor that 40 percent of divorced mothers interfere with children seeing their fathers. Still, it's progress.
