UK: Teachers call for misogyny lessons in ‘national strategy’ to stop sexist attitudes among boys

Article here. Excerpt:

'Teachers and equality campaigners have called on the Government to set out a “national strategy” including lessons on gender inequality to stop boys developing misogynistic attitudes in school.

The call comes in the wake of the murder of Sarah Everard, as well as the Everyone’s Invited campaign, which highlighted the sexual harassment and abuse of girls and women earlier in the year.

Rosamund McNeill, the assistant general secretary of the UK’s biggest teaching union, the National Education Union, told i that recent events had to be a “wake-up call”.'

Sarah Everard's death was tragic but four times more men die in the streets than women. And they call this "equality"!

Meanwhile, of course, the police chief in charge of this (and so many other) disasters STILL isn't being fired. According to the BBC, Dame Cressida Disk has even claimed that confidence in policing was damaged because of remarks made on social media rather than the actions of any Met officers. No man in such a position would be supported by the Prime Minister.
