UK: Breasts not for looking but pecs are okay

'It is perfectly legal to ogle a man's chest but not a woman's breasts, according to an unusual ruling on what constitutes voyeurism by a panel of leading judges at the Court of Appeal yesterday.

Only women's breasts can be regarded as "private parts", whereas the male chest – even if the male in question has man breasts, or "moobs" as they are known – cannot, the judges say.

The distinction between the sexual status of the female and male chest area was made during the quashing of a conviction for voyeurism at a public swimming pool.'

I'm all for a campaign of pretending to de-sexualise women's breasts. We can all say that we're 'new men' who aren't at all pleased by the sight of naked tits, and we think that it's only fair that women can go topless anywhere. Then we all get a free show! Heh heh. Tits ahoy! :-D (Having said that, the vast majority of women's breasts aren't that nice to look out at, I should think... Time for a rethink!)

To be honest, I think the man taking the pics was actually a paedophile who was after pics of the little girl, and when he was caught came up with the bright idea of claiming he was an 'in the closet' gay man... Just my theory that's all.
