Arizona Teacher Gets Six Months in Jail for Sex With Student

dooquidis4ever submitted this article noting a lenient six-month sentence for a female high school teacher who was charged with 17 counts of sexual conduct with a minor. At least she won't be able to return to teaching again, as she gave up her teaching certificate as part of this plea deal - one which a male teacher no doubt would never have been offered.

notice the short short art.? like they are doing us a favor just acting like they are dispensing justice.

lotsa pic's too, even if he is just being charged. even if he is being falsely accused.
omly if he is found innocent will the story be short, and buried on page 110.

and usually six years (not months), on each count. didn't see anything about making the REGISTRY that ruins lives forever either. should we expect better?

it really is amazing to me that men aren't chasing these so called judges down and extracting some justice denied.

keep it up fools. and don't cry for help when the road ends.

first time it looked like a prison break. second time like two hockey teams going at it. guess i shouldn't have read the news/sports pages first.

this really irks me. i should have taken art in college instead of all those
women' studies courses. i'm just not prepared to earn an honest living now.

got another of these May/Sept romances in today's paper close to me, douglasville, ga. she's 39 and he is 15. she got preg., so they got married under a 1962 law that allowed younger than 16 y.o.'s to marry if there was a pregnancy involved. she also helped him escape from a home. she got 2 yr's for her part.

didn't say if she had to REGISTER as a sex offender, which experience says means no.

no word about raiding her church sect or neighborhood and taking all the kids away either.
but i'll keep an eye peeled.
