Plaintiffs Sought for Class Action vs. VAWA

I received this email through the California Men's Centers San Diego, then got email permission from Mr. Den Hollander to send this to Mensactivism for posting. I wish him every success in this endeavor.

Subject: Plaintiffs for Class Action VAWA

"Hello,

I'm expanding my search for additional named-plaintiffs for the VAWA class action suit. The requirements are

1. Male and a U.S. citizen.

2. You married an alien wife.

3. You sponsored her for a temporary green card which she got.

4. You did not sponsor your wife or ex-wife for a permanent green card.

5. You believe or know that your wife or ex-wife used or is using or will use the VAWA self petitioning procedures that accuse you of abuse in order for her to obtain a permanent green card.


6. You are willing to contribute to the expenses of the class action. Expenses do not include any attorney's fees. Expenses include copying, mailing, filing fees, depositions, and appeals. The more named plaintiffs, the less the individual expenses, which could go over $5,000. Named plaintiff means your name goes on the papers, and you have control along with other named plaintiffs over the decisions that are made in the case. I provide the legal advice but you guys make the final decisions.

7. You can live anywhere in the U.S.

If any of you are interested in joining as named-plaintiffs, please let me know as soon as possible, and I mean soon.

I'm very pleased to see that someone is challenging VAWA (more specifically, IMBRA) in this way. It was this mean-spirited, misandrist legislation that woke me up to men's issues for real about 2 years ago.

I received this email from Roy Den Hollander today:

Hello All,

I'd like to thank all of you who helped in finding and trying to find additional plaintiffs for the case. The papers were filed today and handed to the Asst US Atty, so it is now a putative class action. That means if the Judge certifies the case as class action, every guy who had their rights violated by the statutes on secrecy, evidence, and vague standards of prohibited conduct will be part of the action. If anyone still wants to be named as a plaintiff, please contact me because it may be strategically helpful down the road to make a motion to add others.

I expect the suit will be summarily dismissed because the plaintiffs do not have "standing" before the courts.

That is a very common tactic in the justice system to dismiss a lawsuit.

but this lawyer really believes there is any justice left in fem-court?

i hope him the best but i have been watching the legal "profession" spiral
downwards for decades; and, yes, they typically say men have no legal standing,
even w/ their own kids. or use some other excuse not to hear anything women don't like.

maybe he is getting paid up front.

i guess we can only hope for some sort of crack in this
wall of perversion the courts have constructed to keep men enslaved.
the very existence of this law is proof of the dishonesty w/in that
once noble profession.

Gender feminism is rampant on tax payer funded college and university campuses too. It is taught in the curriculum of sociology classes, women's studies, etc.

There is no academic freedom on these campuses, just a steady indoctrination, then a verbal beating down of any questioning of the indoctrination.

The gender feminist hate movement has the official endorsement of academic administrations all across america.

How will that ever be changed?

Well, it is nice to be commended.

I usually get banned on other sites, even though I never can quite figure out why.

I guess when you speak your mind, you should not mind it when the moderator bans you.

It's all just an experiment in human communication and so nothing personal.
