Dozens of Unindicted Lacrosse Players File Federal Lawsuit Against Duke

Note the blatantly obvious manipulation with facts and language in this story:

Former Durham County prosecutor Mike Nifong won indictments against three lacrosse players in 2006, accusing them of raping a stripper at a team party.

But the case unraveled amid the accuser's constantly changing story and a lack of evidence. State prosecutors who took over the case dropped all charges and said the accused players were innocent. Nifong was later disbarred for his handling of the case.

The three accused players reached an undisclosed financial settlement with Duke in June

I hope they sue the hell out of every damn thing in sight of Duke U. That is the only way to stop misandry and that is to make it too expensive. And how about suing that lying skank Crystal Gale Mangum? She is the only one that seems to be untouchable.

This will likely be settled out of court when Duke U. "pays off" the rest of the lacrosse team alleging emotional distress.

The lawsuits could take years to settle and the university administration would like to put the whole episode behind them.

There will be a pay-day, and a confidentiality agreement for every player.

I heard a nurse who saw Mangum after the alleged incident is named in the suit.

I hope they Sue the crap out of Duke! Hell, I hope Duke goes under as a result of the BS they allowed happen to the lacrosse players. Maybe then people will wake up and smell the coffee regarding the horrific number of rape accusations which are false. They likely now outnumber the true accusations. I hope Duke U enjoys discovering what it feels like to be under attack by money hungry lawyers, who this time actually have a real case. Time for Duke to crash and burn!

Real Men Don't Take Abuse!

If it is going to be pay-back time for the lynch mob, then it needs to take place in the full glare of publicity. Please do your best guys to follow this case and report on it. Don't let the media bury it away and forget about it, as I have no doubt some will want to do.

Justice must not only be done, it must be seen to be done. When the Duke boys were accused, it hit headlines everywhere and they became objects of much public hatred. If that is how the innocent are treated, then how much worse should be the treatment dished out to the real guilty parties in this sordid case? There is a great need for a full, and very public, cleansing of the Augean stables here.
