Mother Charged After Ramming Father's Car, Running off with Child

"Cincinnati police have charged a woman with child endangering after a strange incident on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers said that Danielle Kah chased after her child's father's car on Sedler Street, ramming it from behind until he stopped.
When the father stopped, police said, Kah opened the door of his car and took their 4-year-old daughter, then fled into a nearby wooded area.
Police said the child was not dressed for the freezing temperatures.
Officers were able to find Kah and her child and take them into custody. The child was not seriously hurt.
Bond for Kah was set at $2,000 on Wednesday."

How about vehicular assault for what she did to "the father"? Apparently only the crime vs. the baby matters. The one vs. the father seems readily overlooked.

when some guy points a car at a cop it's typically called attempted murder, and can be cited as justification to use deadly force.

$2k bail. maybe a refresher course on "equality under the law", ethics, precepts of law, etc. would be in order here.

Well then howabout public endangerment
or causing a disturbance on a public street, or vandalism for damaging two cars, or even dangerous driving (not a criminal offense at least in Canada but enough to get one's license suspended if it's serious)
Cops have the ability to literally make up as many charges as they want to. Plus they can file charges even if the father refused.
No, they just didn't want to because the person they were charging has a vagina.
Plus, she'll walk and he'll end up charged in the end as she'll claim she was rescuing the child and he's dangerous. The court will believe this in spite of the fact that SHE endangered her child, her husband and everyone else on the roads that day simply to get her own way.
