German women to be paid money, just for agreeing to live in a city

Apparently a German town had been suffering a mass exodus of young people from it's bordered, so it's novel approach to a solution is to pay women almost $3000, just for agreeing to live in the city for 3 years.

And so another unthinking male civic leader wakes up to the reality of women's true nature.

I would have made them work harder for their loot. Like being required to have at least three children, and all by the same father living under the same roof within the town; with a binding commitment, sworn and witnessed, not to do anything to keep that man away from his children. After all, the idea is to boost the population, is it not? And presumably not by the device of inflicting hordes of fatherless children on the hapless little town?

I wonder how many responses the Mayor would have got then?

How in heaven did the cries of "SEXIST!" not go up immediately after this law was enacted? Why is sexism perfectly acceptable against one sex?
