Man Gets 12 Years for Fatally Stabbing Neighbor He Thought Molested His Daughter

'A lawyer who stabbed his neighbor to death because he thought the man had molested his 2-year-old daughter was sentenced Friday to 12 years in prison for first-degree manslaughter.

Mr. Edington deserves the sentence he received. He murdered a man on the absolute weakest kind of evidence imaginable - a second hand interpretation of the ramblings of a two year old.

He is a LAWYER, he should know all about investigations, evidence gathering and due process. Instead he assigned himself investigator, prosecutor, judge, jury and executioner over a quote something along the lines - I am paraphrasing here as I do not recall and cannot find the exact alleged statement by the two year old: "he came to me in the starry night"

The fact that the man remains steadfastly convinced in the correctness of his actions even after being found guilty should have seen him get longer then 12 years, but 12 years is no slap on the wrist so I'm not faulting the judge there. I am concerned that Mr. Edington is a completely non-rehabilitatable man hating moron who chooses to believe his wife above all else in the face of insurmountable evidence AGAINST his wifes baseless accusations. Pussy whipped to the extreme.

Of course no criminal charges for wifey-poo, no siree. She destroys two lives, has a diagnosed mental disorder and she almost certainly is the one with full custody and raising her daughter. So, make that three lives she's destroyed.

At least the dead man's family is hitting her ass with a wrongful death suite which should be an easy win as all the evidence points to her insanity causing the murder not actions on the part of the deceased. I truly hope his family gets every cent she ever makes for the rest of her life.

...for all men when this little girl reaches dating age. Being raised by an insane paranoid nut case who had a man murdered could very well lead to the creation of a very deadly young woman in this little girl. A serial false accuser, with zero sense of accountability or responsibility who like her mom, revels in the destruction of mens lives.

That woman will undoubtedly do her best to instill her disgusting values and hatred into her child. Especially since she got away with it for the most part, and the wrongful death case will just infuriate her especially if she loses. She won't be made to pay much if she does lose however as she's now a struggling single mom.

I hope by the time that girl gets to 5th grade, boys have learned enough to stay the hell away from her.
