Update: Boys Face Sex Trial for Slapping Girls' Posteriors

Good luck in a couple years to these boys who try to find summer jobs when an employer or fellow employee can Google them and this story pops right the hell up.

I mean, the girls recant, everyone says 'What the hell is the problem?' and instead of dropping his weak ass case he decides to run with it bu drop the more serious charges with his 'page one, paragraph one, sentence one' of the feminists guide to being a DA - "WHAT ABOUT THE VICTIMS!" cry.

I mean, we are a mere thought away from the American version of the final solution when it comes to sex offenders. Some States have already mandated green license plates, AWA mandates GPS nationally - you know like Star of David arm bands, residency restrictions have created sex offender ghettos - sounds an awful lot Germany in 1939 to me, and the USA even has their own flavor of prison camps where they lock up sex offenders without charge forever in the form of "civil commitment" after the completion of the sentence they received and just like the folks locked up in Cuba, the civilly committed do not get jurisprudence or rights as they are not charged with anything just locked the fuck up. Oh, and because they are locked up in medical facilities they get to enjoy another bit of fun that the Jews got treated to in the Nazi prison camps - super fun illegal medical experiments performed on them like new forms of chemical castration and anti-psychotic drugs and whatever the hell else the US government decides to do with these people that no one gives a shit about. There's only one step left on that road and the final solution - Death Camps. So awesome isn't it that 60+ years after the end of the last great war our civilized society is still doing exactly the same things to groups of people it does not like?

Oh, and just like the Nazi's in the late 1930's in Germany, the Americans of the 21st century think it's just swell to involve children in the dehumanizing torturous fun!

The people who see it for the defective hate filled approach that it is are remaining deafly silent in opposition of it. There is no group standing up and calling this mess out for the ass backwards approach that it is.

So, the restrictions just keep getting worse and worse as they pass new retroactive legislation. Which I would bet anyone a case of beer that's what's going to happen in this case.

You see, AWA is not enacted yet as all the States have been given time to get in step with the guidelines before it takes effect.

So I guarantee this scumbag DA is going to not even ask that these boys be added to the State registry knowing full well that when AWA goes into affect it'll force them to register anyway. Then they're screwed and have and have to come up with some ridiculous sum of money and spend years trying to get off of that Registry that resulted from a DA taking advantage of the accused's ignorance in accepting what appeared at the time to be a good deal.

That's another thing that the current status of sex offenders in the USA has in common with Jews in Germany in the late 1930s - they are subject to ex post facto every time some new piece of legislation comes rolling down from on high.

Think my point of view is to extreme and that the next holocaust couldn't possibly happen in the USA? Well, the first one certainly didn't happen over night either. It took more then 20 years after the end of WWI for the Jews in Germany to start to be legally mistreated and at least 5 more years after that before the slaughter began. We've only come about 11 years since the dawn of the sex offender registries and already we have ghettos, special marks sex offenders to wear, and prison camps to lock them up in without any legal rights at all - and seven States already have the death penalty for them (the only group since the reenactment of the death penalty in the United States to be eligible for death without having killed some one) . Of course none of this is working - as it was all a bad idea from day one - but that will just fuel the flames of hatred and more drastic measures will no doubt be proposed since there is no stopping these evil sex offenders.

ALL kids get to go to school without fear of a physical encounter, be it a slap on the butt or punch on the nose.

Even if “everyone’s” doing it, kick their 13 year-old butts and everyone get back to class. Five days in Juvenile lockup should do it. The End.

Horseplay is nothing to fear, it's part of growing up into a whole person who does not fear every physical encounter and has the confidence to learn to assert themselves. It's gone on since the dawn of time and the no touching policies in many schools these days is doing more harm to kids then a little horseplay ever did.

That's one of the reasons we need more males back in schools as teachers and staff. Male teachers tend to allow kids a little bit more leeway to be kids and have the sense to know when play has gone to far and real it in.

This is NOTHING that we should be worried about or devoting major resources to. The problem is not what happened, it's that its being made such a big deal that we are discussing it here on the internet
