Story here. Excerpt:
"Ruth Siggee, 21, falsely claimed that she had been the victim of a daytime sex attack in Norwich city centre on 28 June, 2004.
Siggee, of Tunstall Close, Norwich, pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice at the city's crown court.
Handing down sentence Judge Daniel Worsley said: "The allegation of rape triggered a major police operation."
Siggee made three false statements to police before withdrawing her statements and saying she did not want the allegations to be pursued."
The BBC sugar coats it, but man who she falsely accused of a violent rape wasn't her husband. The Daily Record identifies the man as a former schoolmate.

"Vulnerable self-harmer"?
"Michael Clare, mitigating, said his client was a vulnerable self-harmer and an attention seeker at the time of the offence."
I'd say she is a lot more dangerous to any man she knows. "Poor dearism" in action yet again.
As always in these cases I'm left wanting if details
Was the man she had sex with charged?
Two year long Investigation? What the hell were the police investigating for two years?!? She doesn't sound like a high ranking member of a terrorist group of mafia organization, what could possibly take two years to investigate about one act of sex in a park?
4 months seems to be the new popular sentence for female false accusers. Cost tax payers millions, destroy lives beyond repair, that's ok dear, you only need to go to girl prison - under no circumstances to be mistaken for prison - for 4 months
That'll teach you - that you have absolutely nothing to fear from the justice system and you can go about your marry business.
