In this case it does not matter one bit whether you are talking about males or females, it is all the same crap

Sex offender registries are 100% USELESS at preventing sex crimes. They do not work for that purpose at all.

They do work at demonizing the people labeled sex offenders and scarring the general public half to death. Not my idea of a good way to solve any problems.
