If you have somebody who finds out two years, or three years, or five years, or 10 years after the event that he's not a child's biological father, and who wants to be relieved of that obligation, is it right to say to him, sorry, you may have been defrauded but the child's best interests require you maintaining that parental relationship with the child and, therefore, we are not going to order a DNA test? And even if we do, we are not going to say you're not the father. You're going to pay support forever. Unreasonable."

Judge Judy (I haven't watched her kangaroo court show in years but I suspect she is still a maggot) is simply a Social-Marxist authoritarian misandrist. Did anyone expect her to say anything remotely intelligent or fair? Screw her!

She's supporting the idea that a man who is proved not to be the father of a child need not pay C/S. Very unexpected from "Judge Judy" who has a well-earned rep for being a misandrist.

All I got out of that rambling transcript was that it had to do with what state you lived in. If you lived in New York you pay even though you were defrauded. Same old Judge "Phooey" Judy bovine manure. However, she does show how life can be unfair in that out of all the thousands of women who die of breast and uterine cancer every year she isn't one of them!
