Duke Prosecutor's Fourth Victim: the Accuser???

So the false accuser is herself a victim. I see.

Never forget this One Great Rule... it seems to explain many such ridiculous babblings as this latest from the Fox blogger. Here it is:

Women: innocent even when proven (or plainly shown to be) guilty; men: guilty even when proven (or plainly shown to be) innocent.

Written in stone, it would seem. You'd think it was a bloody rule of Natural Law, as inviolable as gravitation and the conservation of space!

This case will usher in no great revolution for men's activism, nor will it usher in any great revelation of the frequency and costs of false rape allegations. In fact, the only person called a victim in this case is that filthy pig-slut: the false accuser. I have yet to see any articles looking at the three men as victims, or the countless others of such a henious crime...

Every jurisdiction that had corroboration requirements ultimately got rid of them, as a formal matter, but informally, of course it matters whether there is corroborating evidence.

The only intelligent point I can glean from this stupid femitwat's article is the comment above. It is high time to go back to the corroborating evidence rule as a formal matter in the accusations of rape.

The real fourth victim is not that despicable false accuser. IMO, she deserves far more legal action against her than this corrupt, misandrist country will ever deliver. No, the real 4th victim, at this point in time, is all of us who have to read gender feminist tripe like the article cited in this thread. That article tries to portray a perjurous false accuser, working to destroy innocent men's lives, as a victim.

Will be the child she spawned to get more cash and more sympathy for her "cause" of victimhood.

this child is being born in to a situation that can only be described as harmful, detrimental, dangerous, and is in fact child abuse.

this woman's existing children should be stripped from her and placed in foster care and once the publicly maligned lacross players are cleared, the state should press charges for the false accusations and the lacross players should bring civil suits upon both the DA and the accuser for willful character assassination.

this woman is a danger to her own dependents and the public at large.

The article would be outrageous if it were defending the false rape accuser and biased against the real victims - male defendants - not so obviously and foolishly.

Mike Nifong does have a choice. He doesn’t have to build a case on someone who shouldn’t be carrying it. It’s his job to recognize that and act accordingly-- for her sake, and the community’s, as well as the defendants.

She apparently means that the false accuser must be pitied for trying to ruin lives of three men.

If a female "professor of law and political science" is so stupid (poor students who were so unhappy to be taught by her), what we can expect from less "advanced" women?

I read more of her writings and rather non-surprisingly it turned out that this woman is just a clinical feminazi:

her reader asks her:
"As a lawyer and professor, are you truly suggesting that selections be made based upon gender instead of qualification and experience?"

she answers:
"I believe that women in power (or anyone in power) should consider a candidate’s female gender to be a “plus” in her application until we have enough female voices in the room."

She forgot to make it precise how many for her is enough? :D

Nifong was totally undisturbed by the idea of playing a crass race card by prosecuting the Duke students in order to pander to his predominantly black constituency during his re-election campaign.

He won re-election.

Now, he is completely comfortable with throwing the stripper to the wolves in court, in order to keep himself from being disbarred from practicing law.

Act Three, about to be played out in the media, will be Nifong portraying HIMSELF as a VICTIM!

After he is banned from legal practice, it would be advisable to drive a stake through the place in his chest where a heart would typically reside in an actual human being.
