Rape charges dropped in Duke case!

Mike Nifong is the epitome of scum prosecutors. He cared only about grandstanding and appeasing feminist groups, with no real concern about the innocence of the accused. He should be fired, blacklisted, prosecuted and sued for his actions. He should be made an example for all others. As the old saying from India goes, he should be the monkey on a stick.

I worry that we're letting the accuser off the hook. Gloria Alred said that the accuser is not to blame, only the prosecutor. She's wrong, of course. The adult woman who made the false rape accusation should be held accountable and should pay some legal price.

Maybe this case will have a bright side in that possibly it will encourage the public and the criminal justice system to start taking the presumption of innocence more seriously, especially when it comes to accusations of violent offenses made by females against males. Too many people assume that women rarely make false accusations, even though retired prosecutors, police and research evidence indicates otherwise.

I am concerned that women who make false accusations of rape (or of domestic violence or child sexual molestation for that matter) will continue to face mild legal repercussions -- even when they admit to having lied. And we'll continue to hold adult women to a much lower standard of accountability.

Granted Nifong has been the ring-leader; using these students for political gain. Shame on him! He should serve the same time the three students were facing!

But wait; there are more players in this tragic drama! There’s the faculty at Duke who on the slightest hint of allegations, I repeat allegations, shut down the lacrosse team and cast the students to the wolves! There’s Durham’s system of “justice” that bred Nifong and allowed him to run amuck like a loose cannon. There’s the police department who willingly served as his pawns. There’s the DNA laboratory that appeased Nifong by covering-up the DNA test results. There’s the Bar Association that sat idly by as Nifong went on his rampage. There’s the media who jumped at the opportunity to condemn the guys, the NAACP who tried to play the race card, and on, and on, and on…

One over-arching theme that runs deep within these entities is misandry. The Fem-Nazi controlled university, the man-blaming justice system, and the man-condemning press to name a few. This case has really brought to light just how omnipresent misandry is in our society.

And who is largely to blame? Men! Yes men; men in political, academic, and judicial positions of power who have, and continue to, blindly cater to the demands of a minority of chronically malcontent, lesbian, whack-jobs! What's that you say? Here's opportunity to re-evaluate values and beliefs? Don't count on it; these asses will stay stuck-on-stupid! They will go about their business as if this case never existed.

Greta Van Suestran (sp?) on Fox News last night, mentioned that these young men come from fairly well off families and have enough resources to fight this (not saying they'll have much left when finished).

All that being said, Greta asked out loud, "How many poor men are sitting in jails who didn't have their resources?"

Yea Greta, a big investigation is in order, but don't limit the investigation to Durham, or the Carolinas, or even the U.S.

It is long past due to investigate the whole corrupt, evil, man-hating, gender feminist legal system in the Western world for doing just this kind of stuff to countless men - many of whom who are no longer even alive - having long ago given up all hope.
