Kenya: Woman Rights Groups to Sue Over Law On Sex Offences

"A group of women and children rights organisations are planning to sue the Government over a clause in the Sexual Offences Act which makes a false rape allegation a criminal offence. The contentious clause was inserted at the last minute as one of the compromises hammered out to ensure passage of the Bill in July."

But but but...women can't be criminals! They're always victims!
Where have we heard THAT before?
Then, suddenly, a ray of hope that somewhere, sometime, in some far-away land, men might actually enjoy equal protection under the law, protection from the harm women can and do cause when they use misandric laws as a sword instead of a shield (a favored hobby of the western woman), and that a woman who destroys a man's life for her own gain might actually be held responsible for her criminal actions:
The clause reads: "-...Any person who makes false allegations against another person to the effect that the person has committed an offence under this Act is guilty of an offence and shall be liable to punishment equal to that for the offence complained of...-"
As unlikely as it seems in the days of the gynarchy and the vaginocracy, it seems that someone, somewhere, has at last come to their senses and decided that those vicious, evil animals (I'll just call us "men" for short), that they've been criminalizing are actually human beings, too.
But wait. Women can't possibly be criminals:
"It is a conspiracy. This is the only law that has the incredible potential to criminalise the victim. Those who contended the inclusion of the clause saw that the standards set by the Sexual Offences Bill was very high and, therefore, saw that their safety grounds must be equally high. If this is so, then it is the highest form of discrimination of rape victims," said Ms Millie Odhiambo, who was instrumental in drafting the Bill that was steered through Parliament by nominated MP Njoki Ndungu.
Notice that the false accuser is actually the "victim" this permanent victim (we'll just call her "woman" for short) is discussing. In the warped and damaged brain of a feminist, this somehow all makes sense. The criminal is the real victim, provided that criminal has a vagina. Now the possession of a vagina doesn't just work as an automatic defense, now it actually makes the criminal into a victim! To the feminist, the only question is "which man should we punish for making the false accuser the victim of the crime she committed".
No wonder feminists need "women's studies" departments. I'd have to study my own delusions for years, too, if I needed to see everything upside-down for the rest of my life.
