"The teen told police Kalinowicz became pregnant and he thought he was the father, although Kalinowicz told police she'd slept with three other men. Kalinowicz had an abortion when she was five months pregnant, court records state."

Hmm, seems in her state there is a mandatory minimum as her charges carry a 6-20 sentence if convicted.

I bet she gets around that somehow with little to no time behind bars and the rest of her sentence served (some form of house arrest) in the community if convicted.

Lucky for him that she chose to abort the baby, if she'd kept it - after her appearance on the (who dat baby daddy) Maury Povich show (with permission from her parole officer) to get a free DNA test and vacation out of state while serving time - if he turned out to be the father she'd probably peruse him for child support when he turns 18.

I'm just being silly, but I could still actually picture it happening one of these days.
