Reporter Argues Killing of Females is a "Hate Crime"

So writes Kansas City reporter Mike Hendricks. Excerpt:

'The recent tragic murders of ten Amish girls has fueled a renewed effort to define violence against women as a special category of "hate crimes." "Too many of us would rather isolate crimes against women, rather than look at them the way many women do — as just more evidence that they are victims of hatred by men in general. Certainly, the National Organization for Women saw it that way. The group has been trying for years to pass legislation that would make gender-based violence part of hate-crime laws. "Every woman saw this and said, ‘Oh, my God, they sent all the boys away and targeted all the girls,’ NOW President Kim Gandy told me Thursday. It’s easier than facing the fact that there’s a sickness in this society in need of a cure. What that cure is, I don’t know. A starting point would be to recognize misogyny for what it is. And then to give its victims names."'

Odd that Mike passed up the obvious opportunity to write a column about child homicide, in which the majority of thousands of victims are male infants and boys killed by their mothers.

That shouldn’t qualify as a "hate crime," right?

“Every woman saw this and said, ‘Oh, my God, they sent all the boys away and targeted all the girls,’ ” NOW President Kim Gandy told me Thursday.

So according to Kim Gandy its less tragic if little boys were killed?

"Certainly, the National Organization for Women saw it that way. The group has been trying for years to pass legislation that would make gender-based violence part of hate-crime laws."

Sounds like another V.A.W.A bill. (ignoring men) A gender-based violence bill would certainly not identify misandry when a crime is preperuated by a female.

Kim Gandys "dream law" might include domestic violence. We all know those statistics are accurate.

During a child custody hearing a female simply has to mention domestic violence and now its a hate crime?

Once again, feminists are seeking to chastise the entire male gender based on the few who committ violent acts.

Of course. And these feminists are the same people who try hard to find sympathetic excuses for a woman who drowns her 5 children in a bath tub, or murders 10 of her patients in a hospital, or kills a pregnant aquaintance and her children.

So what would they term it when females are both the perpetrators and the victims of physical abuse as is the case in the below example? I know; there are no perpetrators in this case; everyone is a victim of a hate crime!
