UK taking a stand on false rape allegations

A couple of false rape allegations have come to light and the police are pressing charges in the UK.

The Start of Something?

This is just like stories of female teachers having under-age sex with their charges. For years you don't hear about it, but once stories start getting reported they never seem to stop. Also in the UK there were two other similar stories about false rape allegation last month. Is this just a freak occurrence, or is it the start of something?
