Another teacher rapist - 229 charges!

This story in NineMSN today has a lot to be encouraged about, The Police are clearly throwing the book at her. The story uses the term "sexual assault" not "seduced" or "slept with". At last decent journalism from NineMSN!

Alas, not indicative of as much progress as I would hope...
... since the victim is a girl. Female teachers who molest girls often get treated much more harshly than those who molest boys. This is because simply the victim is a female and not a male. If this had been a male victim, I doubt you would have seen the same style of writing or rush to prosecute.
I agree to a certain extent
Though I would tend to believet that this woman is being treated extremely softly by the courts. She is not even charged with rape, statutory rape, or any other severe charges.
Plus, how many male rapists who have over 200 counts against them get out on bail? Even if it was consentual they get no bond at all or bond set at a million dollars so there is no chance they'll come up with enough cash to get bail.
Just more of the same old same old. Even though her victum was a female, it makes no difference because Feminists hold lesbianism as the absolute ideal situation for women these days. She was merely endoctrinating this young girl into feminist liberation.
She'll get probation.
I wonder if she'll claim that she thought it was ok to have sex with little girls after seeing a production of "The Vagina Monolouges" in teachers collage on V-Day.... LOL! At lesat that would have some one putting on record that that play is nothing more then lesbian kiddie porn...
Fact that she's not charged with rape may be a technicality
Paragon, I seem to recall reading that under US law (the federal variety, not state), rape is a crime which only a man can commit, in keeping with the preconceptions of the feminist (meaning socialist) revolution. Aside from which, we couldn't have the Party accusing women of the ghastly crimes of men, now, could we? That might suggest equality, or that men were entitled to the same consideration as women.
Maybe so
You could be right about that. It does depend on the laws in that state.
Even if her State says that you cannot charge a woman with rape per se, can you explain why a woman with over 200 counts involving sexual contact with a minor is out on bail then? Does anyone thing for half a second she is going to obey the conditions of her release and not pay her little teenage sex kitten a visit (or a few hundred more visits)?
Still, until everyone starts opening their eyes and seeing the truth, and the courts start accepting the truth, then the myth that women commit less crims and less violent or horrable crime them men will persist.
Every day, I see a woman commit a crime or two with complete impunity that a man would be locked up for. Exposing themselves in public, horrific child abuse in public, hitting their boyfriends/friends/anyone they can reach, public drunkenness, smoking weed while walking down the street, urinating in public, and the list goes on...
They do not even atempt to cover up their behavior because no one seems to even notice it anymore.
