Andrea Yates NOT GUILTY!

This is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen -- kill children and walk free. A man sits next to a young child on a plane and is immediately considered a criminal molester. I am so upset I can't express it...

hello

i was watching fox news when a reporter from court t.v. commented on a female juror who had a "huge" smile on her face when the verdict was read. her husband was also happy with the outcome. i'm not married, but if my wife drowned my five children, i wouldn't be as forgiving.(to say the least). andrea (who'll burn in hell) yates also had a smile on her evil face and gave her defense attorney a big hug. such a happy ending??? except for her 5 childrens rotting corpses.

this might a bit paranoid, but 4 of the five children were male toddlers. the 5th was a female newborn. i wonder if the jury would have had the same outcome if 4 young girls were brutally murdered?

not even the lives of children supercede the court systems empathy for female murderers.
this isn't the first time in recent memory mothers have gotten an insanity plea when they've killed their children. didn't some sicko rip her daughters arms off??

ofcoasre feminists will applaud this outcome. im sure every brain washed female in a women studies program has sympathy for this piece of shit. feminists will now petition the government with a bill that would prevent punishing a woman with a crime if she recently gave birth.

i'm am also disgusted with her husband, who was so happy with the verdict. his name is rusty..."hey rusty: your wife just killed your five children, what are you going to do next?"...."im going to disney land!" note to rusty...your an idiot, not worthy of your god given ball sack. what do you expect, he married that exuse for a human being.\

finally, i expected this...on cnn a female lawyer critized rusty...claiming "where was he when all this happened"...i would venture to say when a man goes to work he's probably not wondering if his wife is going to drown his children.

by the way...nothing was mentioned in the verdict regarding yates becoming pregnant again. when (not if) she gets out, she's aloud to procreate????

i wonder if rusty, after finding out his wife killed his children, decided to punch yates in the mouth. if he did, he'd be charged with domestic violence and would go to jail.

thankyou

I was not referring to Ms. Yates.

She was logical enough to understand such abstract concepts as "Evil, Satan, Death,
and Heaven..."

Rather, pity our legal shitstem, which persecutes fathers for loving their children, and abdicates mothers for killing them.

Anyone want to eviserate the obvious old satan --- CHIVALRY?

Seriously, this makes me so sad I dont even know what to do with myself. I dont even know these people but I feel pain in my heart for the kids who lost innocent life to this evil woman who will now walk free on our streets!!! ON OUR STREETS! What can we do? Nothing. Who can we voice our oppinions to on this court case. No one that can or will do anything about it. I feel in times like this that all I can look forward to is the end of my life as well. At least on the other side things will be TRUELY fair and these evil peoplw will be punished.

The supposed 'diagnosis' of Post-partum Psychosis is not even listed as a coded (numbered) diagnosis in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders v. 4(the current version) - which is the Bible for ALL psychiatrists (and insurance companies) when diagnosing mental patients. P-P Depression is not coded either but is only listed under "Depressive Disorders Not Otherwise Specified". (Both of these facts are easily verified by a quick check via Google, or your public library).
Funny how nevertheless it was treated as a valid diagnosis in the Yates case.
Now that the public's 'awareness' has been raised about the 'disorder', I'm sure it's just a matter of time until it IS in the DSM - in fact they will probably come out with a DSM IV-R (revised) just to get the diagnosis in there!!

The murderer's ex-husband stood there on the news and said he was glad she was not found guilty, addding that "it would benefit no-one for Andrea to be in prison."! What kind of bullshit is that?? Prison is suppose to be a punishment for the defendant, not as a 'benefit' to someone else!!

hello axolotl:

i checked the DSM IV....it doesn't exist. my fear is this travesty of a court case will set a precident that might suggest post-pardum is the most severe form of depression ( iv'e done some research and bipolar type II, which is considered the most severe depression...a disorder that more men suffer from. we all know a man can't use that as an exuse when a crime is committed.

p.s. my spelling sucks tonight

thankyou

anthony
