Hi everyone,

As I tell everyone, when I have news I'll let you
know.

Well we have now been directed to ask who would like
to intervene (join) the suit. I would encourage all
of you to do so and become a part of it and not be
part of "and
on behalf of all persons similarly situated".

What do you have to do? Not much. However, you do
need to do it by Friday. What you have to do is send
me your name, address including zip code and your
telephone number. Very quickly I'll return to you a
set of documents that you will need to print out and
sign. Then return one to the state and one to the
court BY REGULAR MAIL. Why the deadline? Because we
go to court on Monday and the court needs them AND THE
SOONER THE BETTER.

What are the rules to Intervene? You have to be a NCP
because of a VA court case. You do not have to live
in VA.

You can not have been convicted of a crime.

So who can I count on for support? Please fill up my
email box.
