CA Appellate Court Overturns Paternity Fraud Judgment

Marc writes "The Second District Court of Appeal of California just overturned L.A. County's false paternity judgment against Manuel Navarro! L.A. County KNEW the child was not his because a paternity test excluded him, and it knew that he never raised the child, and yet it pursued child support against him as it has for thousands of other men. Navarro appealed, and the appellate court reversed it and said it is WRONG of L.A. County to do this. Paternity fraud victims should use this landmark decision, as controlling authority in CA, and as persuasive authority outside CA, to overturn their false paternity judgments.
