Alpha Male domination is the theme of 2025 — men like Trump mean ‘nobody feels safe’

Article here. Good grief. Excerpt:

'Despite the groundbreaking and heroic actions of women in the last 12 months, there’s one archetype sitting firmly on the horizon for 2025: the Alpha Male.
...
But despite these trailblazing moments, the steadily growing popularity of the Alpha Male signals a dangerous cloud of toxic masculinity in 2025.

According to political scientist and president of the Institute of European Policy Making, Catherine De Vries, the president-elect is the shining star of the Alpha Male stereotype: a hyper-masculine man who seeks to assert absolute authority, and values material wealth and strength.

While Andrew Tate brought the Alpha Male to mainstream media, Donald Trump is the reason it will boil over in popularity this year, as he steps into arguably the most powerful position on Earth.'

At least a person w/out obvious cognitive decline is taking office. I feel much safer knowing whoever has his finger on the button is also "all there".

In any case this entire article drips with anti-anything-masculine. I'd just like to point out that w/out so-called "alpha males", very little would get done, organized, etc. Oh I'm aware of the many other "Greek letter personality types" that exist that can be counted on to organize tasks and people, etc. But the really big contributors to society tend to be alphas, esp. alpha males, given the vision, direction, etc. they provide. Yes I'm aware of the so-called sigmas, men like Isaac Newton and Nikola Tesla, who weren't alphas but still contributed greatly to civilization. Just going to point out that far and away when it comes to taking their great ideas and inventions and putting them to use for the good of many if not all, alphas are typically at the head of that effort.

Instead of condemning alpha males, we should be thanking them. Most if us wouldn't have jobs w/out them.
