Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said she is "really turned on by the #MeToo" movement.

The comments came Wednesday when Ginsburg spoke at an event hosted by Georgetown Law school on the eve of Christine Blasey Ford testifying about her allegations of sexual assault during Judge Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing.'

She raised the issue of her age, not me.

I have no doubt 50+ years ago it was considered more acceptable for men to do and say things today considered harassing. But her judgeship is a bit out of the loop with outdated impressions about what's going on today vs. 50 years or more ago.

In short, she's fighting a battle that was won a long time ago.

Geriatric judges are not necessarily the problem. What is the problem is judges out of touch with the current reality.
