"Male sports need women — A LOT more women — to stop stupidity of men"
Article here. Excerpt:
'I have an idea. I’m pretty sure it will work. And I think it can solve an epidemic plaguing male-dominated American sports.
Here it is: Women.
We need women — and I mean a lot more women — to help stem the tide of all the stupidity being perpetrated by men in American sports.
...
It’s any number of issues, from cases of physical and sexual abuse, to less serious but also harmful transgressions like inappropriate comments, discussions and attitudes.
We need women in positions of authority and influence in our male-sports landscape. We need a different perspective attuned to the experiences, the plights and the needs of others.
...
Of course, simply having more women isn’t foolproof or a panacea in and of itself. Ousted MSU president Lou Anna Simon proves that. But certainly the more women we have in male sports, the better chance we have to stem the tide and heal the wounds that some men have inflicted.
So what does this look like? What could more women in positions of authority do?
It’s too much to ask women to be watchdogs and the moral conscience of the entire male sports world. But their mere presence at various organizational levels could remind players, coaches and executives that there is an entire segment of society who might think differently about gender issues. Perhaps in executive meetings or in locker rooms they would provide a check against wrong-minded thinking.'

What a great idea!
While we're at it, let's attach microphones and GPS trackers to male athletes so that everything they say and everywhere they go is recorded. Let's speed up development of thought-reading technology and record their every thought and carefully scrutinize it for any kind of -ism, be it sex, race, etc., bearing in mind that it's OK for non-whites to have anti-white thoughts and women to have anti-male thoughts but not the other way around. So we need only do this to male athletes and white athletes. But can you do it to white female athletes? Oh yeah, we're only talking about male athletes and scrutinizing their every move. They get a pass.
Women like Rhonda Rousey* need not be examined because it's OK of she beats on her boyfriend. In fact, give her an ad contract for Twizzlers (anyone else see that ad of her laughing while eating Twizzlers?)
Let's put females in charge of male sports all over the place. Just what male athletes want: women supervising/scrutinizing their every move, leaping blithely to conclusions about anything they do or say or that is alleged about them, then punishing them in some way for anything. And the typical fan just loves the idea of watching a bunch of cowed and p*ssy-whipped men run around and play games in pink uniforms (remember when football players were all running around with pink hand towels and pink fringe for what the hell was it, breast cancer awareness? That went over great!) under the watchful/vengeful eye of very feminist and activist women looking for some way to get more people to watch women's sports vs. men's sports. But if they won't, still, pay the female players the same even if they simply don't bring in the same money or viewership that men's sports do. (This is known as the Labor Theory of Value and is part and parcel of Marxism. It has been repeatedly debunked and discredited but yet it persists.)
This is a sure-fire formula for increased ticket sales and general success. Plus it sure will make the games more exciting to watch.
Oy.

* Supposedly she justified her assault because her bf allegedly took pictures of her naked w/o her knowledge. First, to the best of my knowledge, no one has ever produced such pictures. Second, it sure makes a convenient excuse. Third, even if true, her actions are not justifiable. Had a woman taken nude snaps of her bf, would he be justified in assaulting her as she did him?
Sweet Jesus.
NFL's first male dancers will hit the sidelines this season
'NFL fans will see history made this season, and it has nothing to do with what goes on between the goalposts.
The Los Angeles Rams and the New Orleans Saints will have male cheerleaders dancing on their squads for the first time.
Dancers Quinton Peron and Napoleon Jinnies have been preparing for the NFL season since they made the Rams cheerleading squad in March.
"Still can't believe I'm one of the first males in history to be a pro NFL cheerleader!" Jinnies tweeted after being selected.
Other teams, like the Indianapolis Colts and the Baltimore Ravens, have stuntmen, USA Today reported, but Peron and Jinnies will be dancing alongside their female teammates and doing the same moves.'
