'The Department of Defense has released data about sexual assault reports for fiscal years 2013-2016, finding the prevalence rate continues to fall.

The latest figures show that the prevalence rate of sexual assault has been on the decline. For example, the rate for active duty women dropped from 6.1 percent in 2012 to 4.3 percent in 2016. For men, the rate dropped from 1.2 percent in 2012 to 0.6 percent in 2016.'

The report is flawed. Victims are being suppressed. Everyone knows the armed forces are institutions created to facilitate rape. There's a coverup.
