There are millions of titles out there. Netflix may not carry a title simply b/c it is lost in the shuffle. The biggest driver of title inclusion may not be demand, too, nor may the decision be based on some kind of -ism. Money has a lot to do with these decisions and exactly how it plays a role in any given case can be opaque.
