October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

To show your support for all victims, take a moment next month to help raise awareness:

• October 10th: Read SAVE's Special Report on "Arrest Policies for Domestic Violence," and contact your local police department to advocate for best practices: http://www.saveservices.org/reports/

• October 22nd: Wear purple on #PurpleThursday to show support for domestic violence victims.
