'TMZ reports that the ex-Da Band singer was arrested on domestic violence charges following a fight with her husband Tony on July 21. The married couple was reportedly brawling outside of the house while she was allegedly drunk around 3:45am and now, she's landed a spot in jail for the next 93 days.

This isn't the first time Stokes ruffled feathers with the law. She stabbed her husband in 2009 and was sentenced to three years probation in a plea deal.'

She got probation. . . for stabbing her spouse? Good Lord. Why aren't the feminists having a fit over this? Oh right, they only care when the victim is a woman. Trust me, you would never find a single case where a man got probation for stabbing his wife.

What a joke the justice system is. I'm convinced that they are allergic to holding women accountable for violence against men. It's as if they literally think the world will crumble if a woman sees sufficient punishment for what she's done. Pathetic!
