I can´t see where the joke in this is - I simply don´t understand what´s so funny about this. To me this could very well be some kind of a feminist art project, like the Menstruation Exhibit in Gothenburg https://twitter.com/IntiChavezPerez/status/446735844150640640/photo/1
Can you imagine the public rage if it was a woman on a leash being walked by a man?
