'State police say a woman who does court-ordered counseling with central Pennsylvania domestic violence suspects falsely claimed one such client sexually assaulted her to cover up her affair with the man.

WJAC-TV says 50-year-old Cindy Brumbaugh [link added], of Howard, has been charged with filing a false police report. Troopers in Bellefonte say the woman claimed she was assaulted by a Centre County court client after her husband found out she was in a car crash with the client last month. In reality, police say the woman was covering her tracks because she had spent the night in a motel with the client.'

'filing a false police report'. that's some punishment for trying to destroy and incarcerate a man for years. why do the courts even bother? when a woman is involved, just give her everything in sight and let her go. why play this stupid game of acting like justice will prevail?
