SAVE: Unconscionable Decision in Kellett Case, Speak Out

Yesterday, Asst. DA Mary Kellett appeared before Maine Supreme Court Justice Ellen Gorman, and admitted to violating rules of the Maine Bar when she prosecuted Vladek Filler on sexual assault charges.

Normally, we'd be thrilled to see this. But there's more. Justice Gorman is expected to announce her decision later this week, to suspend any punishment of Mary Kellett! Yes, you read that right!

We aren't buying the "she has suffered enough" line - we want her disbarred!

Let's speak out for Vladek, his children, and every other person Kellett has unethically put behind bars. Tell the Justice that KELLETT MUST BE DISBARRED.

Contact Justice Gorman TODAY c/o Matthew Pollack, Clerk of the Maine Supreme Court. Phone: (207) 822-4146.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
