Anonymous User writes "According to a New York Times article [free reg. required], a little-known amendment called the Data Quality Act allows anyone to challenge the accuracy of online information provided by the US Federal Government. From the article: "The law, which takes full effect on Oct. 1, creates a system under which anyone could point out errors in documents; if an error is confirmed, an agency would have to remove the data from government Web sites and publications." This could have interesting implications for feminist-inspired "information" about gender issues."Source: The New York Times [newspaper]
