Woman to serve 15 months in psychiatric hospital for drowning sons

'An Australian woman living in Canada who drowned her two young sons in a bathtub has been sentenced to six years in jail.
Allyson McConnell, 33, will serve about 15 months after being credited for the time she has already spent in custody, The Calgary Herald reports.

Court of Queens Bench Justice Michelle Crighton recommended McConnell serve her sentence at Alberta Hospital in Edmonton, where she has been in psychiatric care since the killings.
During her trial in March, the court heard the Australian had been going through a bitter divorce in late 2009 and early 2010. She was described as having been tired, stressed and depressed before the killings.'

Same Crime Different Sentences?
Would a man be given the same courtesy sentence for the same crime? Hell no! Canadian misandry: Got to love it!

just get some psychological help? no prison?
and didn't the woman who drove her children into a lake
and drowned all her children get some mental health, vs prison?
courts are pretty much giving women a get outta jail free card.
kill your kids, get some hospital time, then go free.
notice how nobody mentions any of this? = truth nobody wants to admit.
i will say it again, the sorry manginas and whacked out feminists will do anything to cover for murderers that are women. no punishment = no crime.
you think this woman didn't have these facts in the back of her mind
when she did this to her children? allow people to commit murder w/o punishment and they will.

The so-called Justice system is a pathetic joke. It's too afraid to punish women with appropriate sentences for their crimes. Men are guilty til proven innocent, and women are innocent even when proven guilty. Truly pathetic!
