Woman charged with falsely accusing man of rape

'A Naperville woman who had consensual sex with a man, then later accused him of rape, has been charged with disorderly conduct for filing a false police report, Aurora police said.

Sarah C. Eschbach, 22, turned herself in Thursday night after a warrant was issued for her arrest, police said.

On March 26, Eschbach told police she had been sexually assaulted by a 21-year-old Aurora man she knew at his apartment, police said. But a police investigation revealed the two engaged in consensual sex and no assault had taken place.

Eschbach was being held in the DuPage County Jail on $1,500 bail.'

he was accused of rape, could have spent decades in prison, and been killed there. he will suffer the whispers of that forever.

she gets charged w/ filing a false police report. what, $50.00 fine? maybe some community service, maybe?

nothing like justice where a woman is involved. the women worshiping half-men and feminists are in full agreement here. they are a whole lot more alike than either would like to admit.
