Link here. Excerpt:
'A Queensland man has lost a bid to gain full responsibility for his ex-girlfriend's unborn child.
The man, who cannot be named, had applied for an injunction from the Family Court of Australia to stop the 16-year-old girl from terminating her pregnancy and to get full custody of the child once it was born.
He also wanted to ensure the girl told him when she went into labour and that he was given permission to visit the hospital, the Daily Telegraph reports.'

Interesting case. I would
Interesting case. I would like more details....
The mother is described as a "girl" (16 years old) and the father is described as a "man" (how old are we talking about?).
Also says the girl/mother has a nine month old from a "former relationship".
The article says the girl/mother "told Justice Peter Murphy she had no intention of terminating her pregnancy."
...So is she aborting or not? I'm confused.
edit: okay, here is some clarification: http://news.ninemsn.com.au/national/8449234/court-rejects-teen-abortion-order
