Court throws out claim of anti-male bias at London School of Economics

Story here. Excerpt:

'A FORMER gender studies student at the London School of Economics (LSE) who had hoped to sue the institution for alleged sexism has had his case struck out.

Tom Martin, 39, who lives in Covent Garden, claimed he suffered “anti-male discrimination” while studying for a master’s degree in gender, media and culture at the world-famous university in Holborn.'

"Mr Martin was ordered to pay the LSE’s legal costs subject to a financial assessment."

So LSE is on record for saying that any discrimination is "plainly justifiable," and Martin has to pay THEIR legal fees?

I'm not convinced yet that the traditional method of taking the system to court will work in these types of cases. The system is not set up to be receptive to men's vulnerabilities; rather, it is set up to maintain the status quo, and to punish men for the very act of speaking up for their own dignity.

We're going to have to start thinking outside the box. When the rules are created by the status quo, and selectively enforced by the status quo for the political interest of the status quo, it becomes madness to recognize their authority.

I think we are going to have to be much more aggressive. Creating protests which damage the reputation of universities by exposing their misandry, finding ways to cut off the funding from universities by going after their donors, and acting out various forms of civil disobedience on university grounds and using social media like YouTube to draw attention to our cause will be far more effective than trying to work within this broken system.

From the discussion of Martin's claims in this article, it appears as though he received very poor legal advice. Men who undertake such courageous confrontations with the feminist-dominated system need to have sufficient resources so that they can hire high-caliber legal talent, or else such a persuasive case that high-caliber legal talent wants to undertake the case on a pro bono basis (charitable contribution). NCFM or some such similar men's organization needs to develop guidelines for bringing lawsuits, so that suits like these don't get shot down, inadvertently creating precedents that make it harder for subsequent suits to win.
