'EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. -- A teacher in Eagle County was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust with a pattern of sexual abuse.

Lauren Redfern, 25, is a physical education teacher at Basalt High School.

Redfern is accused of having sex with a 17-year-old male student over a duration of 4 months, deputies said.
