When is a rape not a rape?

Article here. Excerpt:

"As a serving policeman, there are several things I am not allowed to talk about.

There are plenty of operational secrets we cannot discuss, but I’m not referring to those. I’m talking about the taboo subjects. The ‘detection’ rate for rape is one of these.

It’s very frustrating to sit and listen to pundits talking about the low number of rape convictions in Court, when as police officers we all know what lies behind these poor numbers.

For example, I couldn’t possibly tell you that out of every ten rapes which are reported in Ruraltown, at least eight turn out to be nonsense. To be fair, eight out of ten of everything reported at Ruraltown police station is nonsense, why should rape be any different?
...
So who suffers when Charlene drops by the nick to accuse Wayne of raping her because she is hacked off that he used her child benefit money for drugs? ...

The next genuine rape victim to walk into the police station, that’s who. The next genuine victim who may face the cynical looks and delayed reaction from officers who have just finished dealing with the last ten Charlenes.'

as a false rape accusation. A false accusation of a rape is a rape and should be prosecuted as such and not as making a false police report.

I agree with you statement, so when those 2 do show up, don't they deserve the full attention of the police force. The other question is how many rape reports a year are there?

Having worked with police officers (training) with crisis intervention, as a police officer they are required to treat each one individually as the situation occurs, not lumping them into a category or this is the same issue.

My mother when I was 18 was manically depressed. We didn't know what the term was when I was 18 or even how to treat it. She was thrown in with several other people into an institute and handled the same way as others. She was done so by the police officers to begin with.

Police officers are the first contact usually with a rape victim and requires the utmost attention.

So if the police officers expect the claim to be false, how do the prosecutors react, and thereafter the judges.

Does it make sense then that 70% of rapes go unreported, if the people who should be investigating them are not going to take them seriously or with a skewed eye.

does it make sense that constantly and repeatedly telling people they won't be taken seriously because so many rape accusations never result in prosecution, while ignoring the fact that so few get prosecuted because they are FALSE ALLEGATIONS, might have a far greater impact on the number of true rapes that don't get reported? The linked article specifically says the police do take every accusation seriously, but often are quickly able to determine the accusation is suspect.

Women and girls are using rape as a tool of terror against men. Feminists have lobbied aggressively to make sure that, even if the girl consents, if she then later leaves and changes her mind, it is then a rape. This is utter nonsense. Those women and girls know exactly what they are doing. They are exploiting men, the police, the schools, and universities, and the courts in a campaign of misandry against men.

How about I go to the police right now and say you raped me? Even though my accusation is false, by your logic, you should have to stand trial in court. Do you see why your comment, being more than just ignorant, is misandrist and ideological in nature?

Comments like that make me realize how vital it is that men collectivize and start to fight back in the schools, courts, and universities against the misandry and sexual terror campaign being carried out against men.

PS At any police station, fully one-half of allegations of rape and abuse are false. Women try to use institutions like the police and the courts to attack men out of misandry.

Also, feminist researchers in the universities intentionally skew and construct false gendered statistics as a political strategy to demean and coerce men out of jobs.
